I'm Chef Taylor! Taylor-Made Kakes was started with a little curiosity and a lot of spunk. I began making cakes and confectionery for friends and family nearly 10 years ago as a hobby and that quickly turned into a passion. Over the years I have researched and watched those who were in the Pastry Arts field to improve on my natural talent for cake design. Following getting my bachelors degree in Communication, I decided to take a big leap and apply to The International Culinary Center in California. I was accepted to the Professional Pastry Arts Chef Program and beyond grateful to attend such a prestigious institute and learn from the best. Upon graduation, I quickly began to work on building my Taylor-Made Kakes website and with the help of my loving family my dream has come to fruition.
